Management is a big downside to this company. There is nothing anonymous with this company, the HR team doesn’t allow you to anonymously put in complaints and staff is scared they’ll get fired or lose hours in retaliation from complaining about management.

Cons

Very upset, I lost my vacation I occured, when a new company came in and took over after 5 years. Worked at that facility for 23 years. I deserved that vacation time. Was not my fault they lost the account!
