      Pros

      The best part of working was the business client. Team members work well together and try despite being understaffed. Not too many pros.

      Cons

      Over worked, horrible work/life balance. You start out with an outline of your position then they change it and expect you to transition over even if it is not what you signed up for. Extreme micro-managing from the very top at their Boston headquarters.

      Pros

      I was fortunate to get a promotion after demonstrating my commitment and skill. I have seen many coworkers across the company have this same opportunity presented to them. Unidine has followed through on that commitment for sure!

      Cons

      Consistent and timely training is key to all team members success. The paperwork is starting to build up-we need time to spend with our coworkers and residents, not pushing paper.
