Pros

Room for potential growth and expansion with rapid growing company. It a company that you definitely get out it what you put in it.

Cons

Often run into procedures and guidelines (HR) that won't let me effectively manage employees at my location. Need more on hand training for new managers instead of webinars.

Money, almost as good as being unemployed, not too many pros of working here except it will stop you from being homeless.

Cons

Incompetent management, no help from corporate, underpaid, overworked, few benefits, health hazards in kitchen, no real training, high turn over, understaffed
