-CEUs per yr offered -pretty good benefits -good food mission -good clinical resources and compliance structure to keep you on track

Cons

-leadership can be a 50/50 -short-staffed frequently -limited interaction w/ corporate leadership -foodservice heavy -not enough onboarding -everything is last minute/rushed. new programs even when current programs aren't up and running properly. -senior leadership doesn't know you

Boring They keep changing their systems, by the time you feel confident with the tools and systems they change them again. The worst tool is buysmart, you will be forced to buy what they'll allow you to do. You will need to ask permission to buy certain items. They won't help with supplier problems. Trainings are cookie cutter videos and webinars, and the data base seems outdated.

Cons

Head management doesn't seem to have ever actually worked in a kitchen before so it can cause some conflict, Sometimes procedures are too literal and ridiculous, their recipes made by their "head chef" are typically not correct, be prepared to alter lol
