Pros

You get some flight benefits associated with Delta Air Lines. It allows you to fly up to 30 days a year. Less paper work than actual Delta employees have.

Cons

Medical option is not subsidies by DGS and their option cost about $500 a month for medical insurance. You don't get any part of profit sharing from Delta, despite in some cases handling the most of some big projects. Communication from DGS management is non-existant.

Pros

A place to get your foot in the door for the Airline industry. Meet new people. See and live life from outside the aircraft. Free flights!

Cons

Terrible pay for how hard you work. Raises are terrible and infrequent. Advancement is hard, but available. Recognition is there from supervisors, but upper management, not so much. Good benefits, but cost WAY too much
