Pros
Every amenity you'd expect from a company focused on making its employees happy while they're working. Food, drinks, beer provided. Work from home flexibility, unlimited PTO, team and company-wide happy hours and events, etc. Also clubs and sports! You can tell everyone working wants to be here
As long as you get your stuff to the (high) standards set, you're given some reign on how you choose to get the job done.
Cons
As we've matured as a company, I've felt less empowered and more like a cog in a well oiled machine. It feels as though there's less room for upward mobility than there was a year ago. Hopefully this isn't the case across all teams.
