First and foremost, great friendly, helpful people. Interesting technology stack (Python/Django/NodeJS/Ruby/Clojure/R/) Engaging founders, very sociable, accessible and down to earth. Very cool research team, focused on big data. Flexible hours Free coffe and snacks (soda, chips, etc). Wine and beer anyday/everyday
Cons
Very difficult of me to think of any. The conference rooms are frequently in use. The internet is sketchy at times.
