Unreliable Boss: Nonsensical Decisions and Lack of Direction

Pros

Even with my uncertainties about the boss, I can say that the company's salary was average. It wasn't exceptional or standout, but it was sufficient to meet my financial needs.

Cons

The boss nonsensical decision-making and lack of direction turned what could have been a promising opportunity into a nightmare. Instead of providing clear guidance and support, the boss seemed more interested in exerting his authority and displaying his own importance. His actions reflected a clear shortcoming in his leadership skills, as he lacked the ability to make rational decisions and prioritize the team's objectives.

This feedback is completely concocted. We got two reviews in a month supposedly from a web team member when we haven't lost anyone at all. Glassdoor allows anyone to post on the site, and they don't have to have verifiably worked at the company they are reviewing.

Pros

The President and his Managers are working diligently to ensure UnifiedCommunications.com is a force to be reckoned with in the area of unified communications. Our highly trained staff brings the best and the brightest of the elite in the business community to our door. Our customer service and support teams provide white glove assistance to all our customers and potential customers. Our staff of over 100 employees are more of a large family than a company. We praise, encourage and support each other in extraordinary ways. We are quite simply the best.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that can be considered a "con". I love my job and consider this to be the best job I have ever had. I consider it an honor to work with the people around me and with management. The President is driven, intelligent and leads us with insight from many years as a leader.
