Openness and transparency are top priorities within the company. It's encouraged to voice opinions and your input is valued. WFH is available 3 out of 5 days a week. The people are great to work with. Overall, benefits and compensation are above par compared to other companies.

Cons

All companies have those moments of misunderstanding and pains of change. Ensuring all maintain openness has been crucial for success across all situations.

Too stressed to actually notice the good things about this job, the company, and its leadership

Cons

Terribly hectic schedules, meetings with the management team, and agressive customers were brutal! There's no way to get over the stress because it's always a part of every day work.
