Preferential treatment to selected people and team, if are not in Dev team especially located in US , then you are ok.

Remote workers are common allowing the company to focus on talent and not location Tight partnership with Microsoft enabling the company to be at the forefront of technological changes. Management allows employees to do their work without unnecessary micro managing. Transparency from senior leadership in bi-weekly calls

Cons

The remote working could be a problem for people that thrive on daily interpersonal interactions. While there is transparency, there is room to improve the interorg communications. Overlapping functions (sales, consulting, managed services) that deal with customers at different times are not always giving visibility to those dialogs
