Employee friendly leadership has made a lot of positive changes over the last few years. Great opportunities to learn and improve your business understanding and technical skills. Internal mobility is positive. Microsoft business partner is a great brand to have on your resume.

Cons

One bad apple has been added to leadership, he has spoiled the work environment. His bad work ethics like misusing hierarchy, insulting employees, micromanagement, plagiarism, red tap, indecision, lack of professional conduct and more is troubling. His reputation around town is horrible.
