Pros

Industry's best and brightest create the perfect potential for success. Great opportunities to work with others and learn.

Cons

Technical leadership does not necessarily mean good business acumen. Misaligned business strategy is cyclical with failed go to market plans. Employee's should take caution and ask how often, how many layoffs, and how many people have had prior position. The most difficult part of the job will be convincing Sr. leaders to listen to a sound plan, decisions are made on the fly without consultation.

Pros

The people who work there are AMAZING. Really knowledgeable in their field and friendly. Benefits are excellent. Unlimited free snacks and drinks in office. Excellent central location- right near BTC. People who work there are eager to learn more and excel.

Cons

There is a lack of communication and consensus in the leadership team. Things are not always thought through before being rolled out.
