Pros

People are very friendly which makes the office a nice place to be.

Cons

- Very bad pay considering the caliber they hire & the amount of work handled. you'd think a company of this stature would want its employees to have a decent life and not depend on other sources of money. If you're a single person who just needs money to get by then you'll be okay. if you want to be in a relationship or start a family, forget it. - There is a huge difference for benefits between engineering roles and other roles (marketing, sales..) to give an example non engineering roles go to the office 3 days a week and have a work from home option. If you're in engineering, no way (even though both jobs can be done remotely, i'm not talking about roles that are hands on of-course)
