      Many regular clients, very personable feel Full benefits Paid vacations + lots of paid holiday hours 401k w/ $.50 match per $1 up to 6% salary decent pay and sales bonunses

      Cons

      Very conservative Slow on banking trends technology wise lack of competitive products lack of customer walk-ins

      Pros

      Good severance package and relatively good benefit.

      Cons

      Lack of training and opportunities. Annual performance review by your manager was such a joke and very subjective. Your position will be secured if and only if you make your manager looks good in front of his boss and customers. Countless "Catch 22" situations/decisions were made from/by the management through out my career with the bank.
