      Great Benefits for employees at all levels.

      Cons

      No identity as a bank. Going through significant transition. Becoming like other big banks. Sales over customers (sad). Using micro management

      Pros

      Your coworkers are excellent and very supportive. Customers are great on average.

      Cons

      Bank is trying to expand too fast in an incredibly slow market. Company philosophy has changed for the worse. Instead of the Union Bank of the past where the emphasis was put on relationship banking, it is now put on widget sales. Incredibly micromanaged. 3 conference calls daily to report sales figures. Management leads through fear and intimidation.....no longer a friendly place to work.
