Pros

Good benefits, start out right from day 1.

Cons

Communication is terrible. Managers are self indulgent and do not really act as though they care about employees.

Pros

The company pays well, has a decent training program and is owned by a respected company that is based in Japan. The goings on within the bank and foreign ownership is constantly communicated.

Cons

Lack of communication and support from management, poor operations support, 7 day banking, high expectations without providing the necessary tools for employees to succeed. They sell you on service, but at the end the job is sales, sales, sales.

Pros

still pay more than most other industries

Cons

Antiquated technology, uncompetitive products, and management with a slash-and-burn mentality. EVP/SVP promotions of staff without substantive track record.
