      not bad, just no opportunities for growth

      Pros

      great work-life balance, pay isn't bad compared to the amount of work that the position requires, lots of free time and flexibility to do other things, such as go to school

      Cons

      no advancement potential at all, promotion depends heavily on if the manager likes you, even if your work is better. management is absolutely terrible.

      Pros

      The hours are nice because it's a bank; thus, you aren't working weekends and/or holidays. Most of the staff are very friendly and want to do well. This bank is also rapidly expanding with the purchase of two banks over the past month, so opportunities are increasing.

      Cons

      Senior Management doesn't have a clue how to lead. There are a few exceptions of course, but those are few and far between.
