Good staff and colleagues who care about the students and still believe In the power of community colleges. Also for people looking to get their foot in the door: great place to learn what an institution should NOT be like or treat it's employees. Especially an institution that has a discrepancy in the overwhelming low number of people of color in leadership yet, over 50% of their student population is OF people of color. In other words, students are not seeing or possibly not relating to those in power or in the classroom.

Cons

Leadership and the hostility they create. The institution is still in a perforation stage when it comes to DEIA. They have a lot of work to do internally for their staff and students.
