Freedom to design course the way you want Able to build great connections with students Rewarding to see students test into college-level English as a result of your class

Cons

It's difficult to get more than one or two classes. You would have to work at multiple colleges to make a decent living

Lots of support and opportunities to work.

Cons

A personal con is that they don't offer online courses to teach as this would best fit my schedule as an adjunct, but besides this, I love working here.
