      Was able to gain much experience during my years at Union Hospital. My interactions with patients & coworkers were very memorable. Enjoyed every fast paced shift,

      Felt management did not listen to all staff. So many requirements ask of staff, unable to focus on the patients as in the past. Experienced staff is leaving for better career opportunities. Attempted to transfer within the organization prior to resigning.
