      Good night diff Awesome coworkers Usually not insane nurse pt ratios

      Lot of useless management bloat Scheduling sucks but that’s just the department And whatever policy they use that basically states where there’s a problem a solution has to be made to “fix” that problem, pretty just a policy that you have to show you made some sort of effort at a remedy, nine times out of ten it doesn’t fix a dang thing just makes another problem or complicates it. Also I don’t feel the best interest of the pt is the driving motive of the hospital rather the bottom dollar is.. but that’s just US healthcare in general.
