Pros

State of the art facility but since the new hospital was built the employee morale declined. The building is beautiful but more important than the people serving it.

Cons

Management does not listen to employees and the problems that are present and fact! Management tries to make the ones who present the problems in the workplace the problem. In other words be careful if you expose because then you become "the problem"

Pros

I love my job because I love what I do, that’s why I became a nurse. Love only working 3 days a week

Cons

Benefits, under staffed. Can’t keep staffed because employees aren’t happy with the credit we aren’t given. Very little raises. Don’t get credit for prior experience.

Pros

A Great Place to work that has been in the community for over 125yrs providing the compassionate care to the residents in the Wabash Valley as a Non for Profit Acute Care Hospital. Has a great relationship with the surrounding local community. A giving place and has state of the Art technology and most loving people!

Cons

With increasing demands for nursing, staffing has become a challence
