It is located in a small rural city where employees know each other. This causes employee chit chat and drama which makes the work place not enjoyable.

Great pay for experience workers

Cons

Cuts are leaving the hospital short staffed and they are paying the new hires a lot less. At times it feels more of like a elementary school, due to micro-managing. Tends to create new hospital rules and then compromise the rules.
