Pros

Good pay and greats benefits for employees.

Cons

No work life balance. Constant furloughs. Company preach about how important safety is yet thinks its ok for workers to work in a trainyard or RIP track alone.

Pros

The benefits are good, but the best reasons to work here are in the past, so if you have a time machine, that would be the best option.

Cons

When you first hire out, you will probably be furloughed more than you will be working for the first few years, The company refuses to pay legitimate claims earned by employees. Corporate greed is far more important than employee quality of life. Getting time off is nearly impossible, even already earned compensated days.
