Pros

Pay is ok. 401k plan is solid.

Cons

Culture is not good. Employee morale is the lowest it's ever been. With the job cuts, there is no rhyme or reason. It's not just low performers on the chopping block. If you are a high performer and happen to be in the wrong position at the wrong time you will be cut. No real promotional opportunity - in the past couple of years when positions open up they are more likely than not just eliminated or absorbed by other workers, reducing upward mobility. Management lacks a plan and is just doing a knee-jerk response to what other companies in the industry are doing.

Good benefits that's about it
