Pros

Pay was adequate but about 20 percent lower than similar positions that require equivalent time and effort. 4 weeks vacation after 10 years. Requested vacation time was typically honored without a fight.

Cons

I don’t have enough time to elaborate here...it would sound like a pity party. Do your own due diligence, hopefully this company can turn it around in the next few years and bring it back to what it once was. They are all about the shareholder, employees are just a number and you feel that you are on the chopping block everyday.

Pros

Not many. Benefits are getting worse but still OK. Pay is going downhill or backward compared to the cost of living.

Cons

See Pros. Pay going down compared to cost of living. Benefits are decreasing with every contract. Company expects you to be available 24/7 and fires you if you aren't. Safety is less of a concern each and every day.
