Pros

With 17yrs seniority have wed/Thurs off.. work 3 daylight shifts and two second shift. Lol

Cons

Irregular hours, no schedule, on call, away from home alot, no job security, intimidated by managers,lots of nights, weekends, holidays. All weather conditions..Not for family person.. sometime stressful.
