Pros

Pay is OK for now but will probably lag behind industry peers going forward. There are some good people around you.

Cons

Executive team values short terms gains. The quick buck is what driver the CEO and his acolytes. There is no incentive to advance and much less opportunity for advancement. Long hours and poor quality of life. If you choose this company, use it as a stepping stone because you will not be valued here.

Pros

pension, 401k, gym at HQ or contracted facilities elsewhere, advancement opportunities, ability to move between departments, bonuses, good relocation package, HQ building is beautiful

Cons

company sometimes seems too concerned with reducing costs without thinking of long term consequences. Can be very political at HQ. Many offices outside HQ are old and run down.
