Pros

The money is good. The benefits aren't what they used to be.

Cons

This company has a culture of dishonesty and retaliation. They love to talk about the "courage to care" but get injured and you'll find that they couldn't care less about you.

Large Companies = Little Care for Employees

Pros

The salary was fair, and the travel, while at times tiresome, was an additional benefit in terms of exploring new parts of our great country. Many of the employees are efficient, effective, and caring. The benefits are good compared to some employers.

Cons

The company cares only about the bottom line, not about its employees. The employees are not valued, only their ability to attain unreasonable results. Recent down-sizing and demotions of non-agreement employees have resulted in even lower morale, especially in the field, where safety issues persist if one's "head is not in the game". This is an unwise management practice.
