Strategy at the company has changed from a focus on the customer to a sole focus on profitability. Marketing and Sales, Supply, and HR lack any focus on innovation, a focus on employee value, and a focus on personal ethics. Management sole focus is personal survival and will sell out employees and peers to remain in positions. Customers are being given a lower value service offering at higher prices.
