Pros

People are very impressive and bright. My boss is a stand up guy. People don't leave! Lots of people sty for literally decades and decades.

Cons

The salary is decent but not the highest. Their reasoning is they offer Railroad Retirement (instead of social security) and a pension (after working there long enough). But I would rather have a higher salary now than a carrot waiting for me in 30 years.

Good paychecks sometimes. Recommend this job to single individuals.

Cons

No steady work. 5 months training then furloughed. Worked for 2 months then Furloughed again. Have only worked 2 months in 2015...It's already past mid October and nothing...
