Toxic culture fueled by CEO’s ego and poorly conceived ideas, zero transparency or communication from leadership, and unorganized ways of working. You’ll be in chaos mode 24/7. There is consistent top talent turnover because it just sucks to work at Union and will do you no favors of advancing your career or learning.
