Worst Run Company Ever! STAY AWAY

Business Outlook

Pros

The product and the employees. This is far and away the best POS for bars. Nothing comes close to how good it is. The employees are also the most passionate and dedicated group of people I have ever seen. Seems like this would be a great company but.....

Cons

The CEO is 100%, absolutely the worst leader you can ever imagine. Under NO circumstances should you consider for a second to join this company. Until the CEO is gone do not have anything to do with Union. He treats his people terribly. The employees are miserable.

Pros

Product is great and there’s is a lot of talent that keeps getting let go every month!!

Cons

Toxic leader, terrible culture and very far from reality on expectations. This is your typical hang the carrot in front of the donkey with equity and you being a millionaire when the company goes public, which will never happen because the above.
