      Pros

      Some of the people I work with are team workers. Close to home. Updated and remodeling makes it estetique. Education seems to be a priority.

      Cons

      Some of the people I work with are not team players and tend to be lazy. Close to home means I know a lot of the people or see them in the community (can be taken good or bad). A lot of turnover w staff.
