Flexible timings up to a level

Cons

Lack of basic infrastructures like parking and senior level people get the first preference in the parking, different rules for a different set of people. Not a good paymaster bulk of our ctc is shown as variable and its not pro data basis. Variable pay is higher 30 & 20 %. No focus on Product. Features which are in the product doesn't work and people are pressurized to modify the data and try to cheat most of customers. Sales and pre-sales leaders treat other as useless bunch of idiots.

Uniphore has one of the greatest and DIVERSIFIED group of people I have ever had the honor to work with. Their products are revolutionary and changing the face of customer experience. The growing customer base is a testimonial to the future trajectory of the company. The CEO is a compassionate, visionary who is hiring a world class team.
