The company is going through exciting times and it is a great time to be part of this journey. The people are awesome and you can feel the energy in the company.

Cons

None so far. If you are coming from a big company, you will feel the difference but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

As a recent hire at Uniphore (2 weeks) I can't say enough about the tremendous experience I've enjoyed as a new hire at Uniphore. The HR team has thought of everything to make the "new hire" journey the best I've ever experienced. It's early days but I am already certain that best career decision I've every made is to join the Uniphore team.

Cons

I can't think of anything I would improve upon.
