-Remote work -Plenty of room for individual ideas to be share to make things better -Not micro-managed

Cons

As a start-up, the growing pains around lack of who does what. Communication can sometimes be sparse but not intentional.

Pros

This is a place where you are provided with a lot of flexibility and onus to run your business the way you want to do it. Great Exposure and immense opportunity to learn. Product offering is niche and fits well in today's RPA/AI/ML world. Extensive leadership support gives you that additional thrust to conquer the world and be yourself. The Senior Management is accessible and Uniphore follows an open door policy which makes you feel comfortable and valued at all times. I would highly recommend anyone interested in taking up a challenging role to be part of this exponentially growing organization.

Uniphore is a promising start-up showing consistent growth over the past 10+ years. Employees has full freedom to express their opinions. The management team is very much approachable. The company provides a fantastic work life balance. Great place to work!!!

Cons

Limited career growth. Limited promotions.
