* I worked in Uniphore for 17 months. All that I have observed is management does not wish to hear the actual reason and always take hasty decisions. No respect to individuals and their career. * Being a product company in the market for 9+ years, they are still surviving with investments from outside which shows clearly that not even 1/3rd of the money spent for Marketing & Public Relations, and buying awards have neither been invested in technology nor in R&D. * Approximately 10 employees were laid off in the month of June. * The variable structure is designed in such a way not to give out the individual on what they actually desired. They promised that variable payout can go up to 150%. However I received only 65% of variable and the reason given were seniority and over all company performance. * When I raised a flag seeking explanation for the same, I did not get any proper response even after multiple follow ups. * Ratings were given based on assumptions without even having a review discussion with individuals.

- Pay is very less - I have seen a few high level directors joining and leaving in a few months. Shows all is not well - Employees are not treated well - Bad Office setup, resembles a call center
