Exciting technology, young company, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Short-sighted strategy and very impatient Board. Too focused on sales that they forget about the people who do the work.

Pros

- Small company, opportunity to learn and contribute - Decent benefits with health insurance, PF etc. - Well located in IIT-M tech park - Mid level managers are good

Cons

- Office space was a bit is cramped up and noisy. Felt in a call center - For a company talking about virtual assistant, biometrics etc., there weren't many technical people/teams with that background. Most were in sales and marketing. - Lots of attrition at junior and management level. - Not much of a process. It was haphazard all the time
