Pros

Pay is decent if you can maintain sanity and just do whatever is told to you.

Cons

Unless you are a "yes man" and suck up to the co founders and do anything they say, you will not survive. Compliment them on their designer clothes and shoes which is what they seem to like the most. Revenues and sales are projected to astronomical levels while what is actually coming in is close to non existent. Constant lying and posturing from executive team. CFO is lost and does not know how to manage investor funds or what is required for revenue. Executives will blame any chance they get for mistakes they made.

Pros

Worked with smart people, who wanted to build a successful multinational company Most of the people I encountered were professional

Cons

The CEO is not honest with his employees. His words (rocketship, unicorn, thousands of customers, industry standard AI platform) do not align with the actions of the company (customer churn, massive layoffs, information silos, marketing a product that has not been developed). He has no experience outside of building this company that he cofounded out of college, yet holds himself out as a serial entrepreneur. He’s squandered investor money with little to show for it. Buying companies to show top line growth only to increase your burn without properly integrating. Spending lavishly on sales kick offs without material sales to show for it. He’s lost touch with where he came from. A company founded in India with hundreds of Indian employees making Indian wages. Yet he brags about expensive clothes and shoes and buying a grand piano for his new mutlimillion dollar house in the silicon valley is tone deaf. Especially when you ask these folks to work until 10 or 11 pm to join your global all hands. Especially when the company is not growing like he claims. The list goes on, but there is not much good that can come of this place.

Pros

Executives strong arm employees to leave positive reviews on this site.

Cons

Organization run like a 20 person start up. No vision, no strategy, hire and fire environment, frequent layoffs, pushing the envelope until the next funding round comes in then blowing through those funds without any consideration. Teams are confused, frustrated and disorganized. Leaders pat themselves on the back and talk about how great they are, how great the sales and revenues are (they aren't, and most employees are fully aware that there are rock bottom revenues) and all the while, the leaders plan their bonuses, raises and how to hire more people who will say "yes". If you are looking for a new job, read the reviews - not just the HR and marketing ones that were required by leaders. Meanwhile, people are leaving in record numbers and they were good - no matter how much you say they "were not the right person" or "the company outgrew them" or "it is fine that they left" - one day you will be in the same position - after you have leeched the last dollar from investors.
