Big ambitions and great place to work

Pros

Uniphore has some great talent with highly skilled team members, leadership has great past experience in tech and bringing that to the table. The product ambitions are big and when they come to life they will push the company even further. Existing technology is good foundation for the roadmap ahead. Customers seem happy and using product. Leadership seems to be making tough decisions to set company up for future.

Cons

Big ambitions means there is a lot to accomplish and build. Team is stretched but motivated.
