As a recent hire at Uniphore (2 weeks) I can't say enough about the tremendous experience I've enjoyed as a new hire at Uniphore. The HR team has thought of everything to make the "new hire" journey the best I've ever experienced. It's early days but I am already certain that best career decision I've every made is to join the Uniphore team.

Cons

I can't think of anything I would improve upon.

Pros

Clear and efficient onboarding process, management takes the time to coach procedures and Company philosophies. Welcoming and helpful HR staff give me reassurance that I always have a resource.

Cons

As an early stage company, there is lack of structure but it provides its employees room for growth and creating processes.

Great team! The team and company culture is very welcoming, supportive and positive. They offer unlimited pto, wfh, and the first Friday of the month off.

Cons

Since it’s a global company there are meetings earlier and later than the standard work hours for other regions to participate on calls. It can create a longer feeling work day.
