Free catered meals, Amazing coworkers, super relax 100 dollar cell phone credit. Mental health Friday first Fridays off from each month. Free healthcare with company included hsa Free vision Free dental Choice of high end Mac or high end PC Nice new building No micromanagement Pretty much the startup culture without the annoying toxic management

No cons , maybe they should give out Patagonia or Canada Goose sweaters ;) Maybe catered food for employees working from home
