plenty of collaboration within peers & coworkers, fast pace and continuous learning, and everybody is always there to help. There are plenty of perks and a healthy balance, with everyone looking to achieve one main goal. Everybody understands the vision and the overall work has been extremely interesting. Excellent Company Culture

Pros

Uniphore is an ambitious company that consistently works on cutting-edge technology and tries to stays ahead of the curve. It’s a place that doesn’t just follow industry trends but tries to shape them, always punching above its weight. As a PM, I really value the freedom and trust the company gives me to make decisions, be creative, and try new things. The leadership genuinely values fresh ideas and provides an environment where you can take initiative, own outcomes, and grow both personally and professionally. The culture is employee-friendly, supportive, and at the same time driven and progressive, which makes the work exciting and meaningful.

Cons

There’s a fair amount of change and things can shift quickly. But to be honest, that’s also what makes it interesting at least for me. If you enjoy fast-paced environments where you’re constantly learning and adapting, you’ll probably see it as a positive rather than a negative.
