It's sort of a mess

Pros

The pay is significantly better than most other companies. They have great benefits. The people that work there are smart, kind, and hard working.

Cons

Things are sort of a mess. While the people are smart, kind, and hard-working, they are also disillusioned. There is a long history of trying to throw spaghetti at a wall to see what sticks. Goals are made with no plans in place on how to get there. The CEO has zero respect for people's family life. For example, they set SKOs, in India, leaving the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and coming home the following Wednesday. So, during a national holiday that is almost universally used for family time because everyone has off at the same time, they are forcing people to travel for 2 days, work in India for 3 days, then travel another two days home. The argument is that you get unlimited PTO, but unless they are getting with family members' employers to make sure they get additional time off (which is impossible), it's stealing time from people's family. The CEO doesn't care and that should give a pretty good indication of how the company views you and your family time. There are very serious deliverability problems when it comes to emails and the majority of people's emails go to spam when communicating with external partners, customers, potential and desired customers, etc. They don't seem to care about doing anything to address this and it makes it difficult for SDRs, CSMs, and Sales reps to set meetings and keep opportunities going. Even if a SDR gets someone on the phone who agrees to a meeting, the meeting invitation will likely end up in spam. There are big ideas around the direction of the company, but the application of those ideas, strategically, doesn't really make sense.
