Nothing I would say if there is no job security

Cons

The company laid off around 4% of the employees overnight without any reason. The company is projecting every month in all hands meet that it is growing by 100% Y-O-Y but they fire people without any reason. The senior management is just there to do micro management. Recruiting more people one side and firing people through backdoor the other side is not a right way. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

No work timing which is a con for most departments but good for a few departments Leaders are nice to your face (only)

Cons

The leadership predominantly in sales and marketing does not seem to appreciate the work the engineering team does as much as the other customer facing departments Too much talk not much on the inside Internally a very split up company none of the departments get on well You’d seem lost with not much meaningful work to do Too much pressure on the executive level employees where leadership is actually disconnected on what’s exactly happening No proper ethics in anything. Integrity a issue.
