Poor Working Culture

Pros

Theres nothing positive about this company.

Cons

Very poor working culture, they expect you to come in at 8am on Mondays even though your contract says 9am. You never get to leave in time, they expect you to leave at 6pm or later. Poor training, lack of communication , outdated confusing systems.
