Pros

Go above and beyond your simple job duties, and managers will notice you. Don't expect to be noticed and moved up if you want a medal for doing simple associate tasks. Great training, you'll be ready to run a store 6 months in. Both full-time and part-time positions are great.

Cons

Long hours, not the best work-life balance, miscommunication at times, normal retail issues.

Pros

Nice discount, good location, cool people.

Cons

Inconsistent working hours. Sometimes (around summer, holiday season) you'll be give 39 hours (conveniently right under 40 hours...) a week, sometimes 4-6 hours a week (post-holiday season slump).
