DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF

Pros

Chances to advance throughout the year (if store meets projected sales). Hour lunch breaks. 30% discount on items that are not promotional or final sale

Cons

Declining wages in expanding stores, Management is very gossipy, the Japanese managers are not aware of the unfairness that the supervisors show, the training process is borderline fraternity hazing (they make you run in laps and say 6 standard phrases with your hands up around the store).

Pros

The ability to move up is a great bonus. If you are like that is. You're going to need good work ethics and have the luck of people just liking you.

Cons

There is the same old junk that everyone has to go through in every job. Politics ,dealing with others, and just trying to keep your mind busy.
