Pros

Fun environment, great people, 30% discount for employees.

Cons

Long hours. Because it's based in japan, it's japanese way of doing things such as body folder, everything has to be perfect and neat when closing.

Pros

employee discount - can advance within 3 months. im talking about 2-3 dollars more every 3 months. BUT you have to be a robot to get that, its def not who you know. You learn about Japanese culture.if fulltime, benefits are better than any other clothing retailer!

Cons

exhausting. if you want to advance just know your whole life goes out the window. Fulltime consist of 65 hour work weeks.
